UAL Odisha
The Dhenkanal unit — the mother factory — was set up in 1980, located about 60 km from Cuttack on National Highway 42 (Cuttack–Sambalpur Road). Production capacity has grown from 30,000 MTPA to 1,50,000 MTPA.

UAL Bengal
As an expansion measure, Utkal Asbestos Ltd. set up its second unit at Tungadhowa near Guptamani, Midnapore, West Bengal, under the aegis of “UAL-BENGAL” in 1999. The unit is located about 20 km from Kharagpur on NH-6 towards Kolkata.

UAL UP
The Company set up its third works as UAL-UP at Baramanpur village in the Jaunpur district of Uttar Pradesh — about 30 km from the heart of Varanasi, with a production capacity of 2,50,000 MTPA. The works is ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 accredited by IRCLASS.

UAL-KON_CRETE
The Bagnan unit was set up in 2014 in technical collaboration with HESS, Netherlands, located about 80 km from Kolkata. The plant has a production capacity of 3,00,000 Cum per year.
